Welcome to the Vermilion Penguins Snowmobile Club! We have been creating winter fun since 1966. Our goal is to enhance snowmobile recreation in the Lake Vermilion and Tower Area. Our club grooms 62 miles of trails, stakes 60 miles on Lake Vermilion, and has maintained, through the generous support of over 50 private landowners, the Iron Ore Trail between Tower and Embarrass. Club meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month, October through April.
